1 Service & warranty are always covered — on your paper or ours. If you keep the unit on your own service/maintenance paper, every unit carries a 90-day warranty. If we put it on our paper, it’s covered through the maintenance agreement — repairs are on us either way.
Choose the service tier that matches your operation
Tier 1 · ISO Network Rental
We provide the equipment plus service network access. You plug into an existing service agreement — your ISO or one we assign from our national network. You coordinate maintenance scheduling; we ensure the network is in place.
Best for: Established ASCs with existing biomed relationships.
Tier 2 · ISO + Repair
We provide equipment and manage the service contract. If something breaks, we coordinate repair or deploy a replacement unit. No phone trees.
Best for: ASCs expanding into new modalities without in-house biomed.
Tier 3 · Full Service
Equipment, service, and ongoing support — full turnkey. Add a procedure capability without building the infrastructure. Includes rural facilities, locum/traveling provider setups, and full OR builds.
Best for: New ASCs, rural facilities, temporary/pop-up suites.

If a unit can’t be repaired, we replace it. You don’t manage the service relationship — we do. And if you already have a biomed partner you trust, we work with them. Our agreements are designed to integrate with existing service relationships, not replace them.
